Deepika, one of India's most decorated archers, added her 37th World Cup medal by defeating South Korea’s Olympic gold medallist Kang Chae-young 7-3 in a masterclass performance. On the other side, Parth Salunkhe, seeded 60th, carved a dream journey, toppling Olympic champions and turning his underdog status into a badge of honour. He first won a shoot-off against Tokyo 2020 gold medallist Mete Gazoz, then defeated South Korea’s Kim Je Deok.
