India on Track: PM Modi Inaugurates 103 Amrit Bharat Railway Stations

In a landmark move towards transforming India’s railway infrastructure, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday virtually inaugurated 103 Amrit Bharat railway stations spread across 18 states. The launch was conducted from Rajasthan and also marked the dedication of 43 infrastructure projects worth ₹23,400 crore to the nation. From Panagarh in West Bengal to Vadakara in Kerala, and Samakhiali in Gujarat to Karimnagar in Telangana, these stations are bringing comfort, culture, and connectivity to millions of passengers across India.Since the scheme's inception, over 1,300 stations have been selected for transformation. In 2021, Gandhinagar became the first Amrit Bharat station, complete with a five-star hotel and ultra-modern amenities.
