It is a part of the second-largest wildlife protected area in the western ghats, Kudremukh National Park. At 6,207 feet, it is the third-highest peak in Karnataka, behind Baba Budangiri and Mullayyangiri. Kudremukh is home to a wide variety of plants and animals. This stunning artificial lake is located roughly 50 miles from Kemmangundi and 10 km from Chikmagalur. In the lower portion of the waterfall, a pool has also been created for visitors to swim, play in, and unwind in. Exploring Research Opportunities: The discussions between India and Russia encompass a wide range of areas, including research on controlled thermonuclear fusion. Both countries possess significant potential for scientific collaboration in this field. Rosatom, in particular, is prepared to offer its expertise to Indian scientists, providing them with the opportunity to conduct research at the MBIR multi-purpose fast neutron research reactor, which is currently under construction in Russia.
