Northern Army Commander Praises Troops as Joint Forces Neutralise Two Terrorists in J&K's Udhampur

Security forces mounted a swift overnight operation in the forested areas of Brattal Sohan and Khubban in Majalta, Udhampur, after receiving confirmed intelligence about the presence of terrorists. Codenamed Operation Sohan, the mission was launched during the intervening night of September 16 and 17 by the Army’s White Knight Corps, Jammu & Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).The forces operated through difficult terrain, poor visibility and challenging weather conditions.
