Art is like vitamin D for the intellect. Taking a creative pause also allows us to enter what is known as a flow state, which is when you are blissfully lost in what you're doing. 3. Or talk to yourself. (Or write it all out) No one around to talk to at the moment, or not feeling up to asking for someone’s time? In these situations in life you can take to yourself and visualize things from an energetic perspective .This habit makes you an inward looking individual wherein you cope up with a lot of cluttered emotions decisively.
