Cafe Blend, a treat of nature

My Indian Dream spoke to Manish Patil, owner of this cafe who feels that cafe helps people to rejuvenate themselves.  Tell us about your cafe and its theme. Me and my wife Swati are foodies by nature and always wanted to do something in the field of hoteling in Pune specially. Pune city having an extra love for hotels and foods, we wanted to start a cafe which will be loved by our guests. Keeping the theme youth, as they are the one who usually are in the search of new places and hang out with their friends. Cafes are something which are loved by youngsters therefore our theme talks about youth.  We have free wifi and books in our cafe. So this cafe is nothing but a blend of cafe + a time to relax. One can come here, have food, surf the internet, read books and enjoy.  Tell us about its ambience. This cafe being located at the Bavdhan on Mulshi road, it is surrounded by highway at the same time green hills. There is an extra space in our backyard which we are converting it in such a way that people can enjoy their cup of coffee by enjoying a beautiful scene of green hills and highway. This place will be one of the best places to visit during monsoon. Apart from this, there is an air conditioned cafe for those who like the feel of usual cafes.  Can you elaborate on the menu. Talking about the menu in our cafe it is nothing but a sinful one. We serve deserts with mousse and brownies and shakes and more. There are cold coffees, shakes, cappuccinos, iced tea. We pamper those who have a sweet tooth with all the delicious deserts. Also there are sandwiches, snacks platter, pastas and maggi for those who crave for some healthy food.  Any initiative for zero wastage through your cafe?  We completely believe in zero wastage and prepare everything fresh. We make sure that less food is being wasted and take steps to avoid food wastage.
