Artist's Extraordinary Feat: Painting Masterpieces While Riding a Bike!
Vijayawada-based artist Pamarthi Siva Naga Rao has gained international recognition for his remarkable ability to create breathtaking artworks while riding a bike. Despite facing numerous challenges and setbacks, this 46-year-old artist has broken world records with his exceptional painting skills and innovative techniques. Having developed a passion for painting since childhood, Siva's journey began with a natural inclination towards art. His dedication and perseverance led him to overcome academic setbacks and delve deeper into the world of creativity. Today, he not only works as a drawing teacher at a private school but also founded the Shiva Arts Academy, where he imparts his painting skills to aspiring artists. Siva's fame reached new heights when he painted a portrait of actor-politician Pawan Kalyan while riding a motorcycle. With incredible skill and control, he painted the portrait, covering a distance of approximately 10 kilometers. This remarkable artwork, captured on camera during his 26-minute journey, set a new standard in October 2022. In addition to this feat, Siva secured a place in the Limca Book of World Records in 2014 by creating an impressive 12x10 feet portrait of Buddha using jute within a remarkable three hours. Despite initial struggles and limited support from his parents, Siva evolved into a renowned artist, known for his thought-provoking portraits. Recognizing his immense contribution to the world of art, Siva has been honored with innumerable world records, including two Guinness World Records, two Limca Book of World Records, and four India Book of Records. His daughters, Meghna and Bhavana, following in their father's footsteps, are also making their mark in the field of art.
