Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 18, inaugurated the ‘Swarved Mahamandir’, the world's largest meditation center, in Umaraha, Varanasi. The inauguration of this architectural wonder marked a significant addition to the spiritual landscape of the sacred city. The ceremony was attended by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanat. PM Modi in his speech, highlighted India's historical prowess in economic and physical development. He underscored ongoing efforts by the government, society, and spiritual leaders to revitalize Kashi, the ancient city of Varanasi. The Swarved Mahamandir soars seven floors high and accommodates up to 20,000 devotees for meditation. Adorned with intricate marble carvings and lotus-shaped domes, this structure seamlessly blends Varanasi's cultural heritage with contemporary design. Engraved within the Mahamandir's walls are verses from the Swarveda, authored by Sadguru Shri Sadafal Deoji Maharaj, the eternal yogi and founder of Vihangam Yoga. The temple derives its name from this spiritual text, aiming to radiate a profound spiritual aura and foster a global atmosphere of serene awareness. The Swarved Mahamandir serves as a beacon for Brahm Vidya, championing the teachings of Swarveda to empower seekers on their spiritual journey.
