Her 35-year career in Indian Railways demonstrates how her job spoke louder than her commitments--unsettling but inspiring for many. She founded the Indian Railways Traffic Services (IRTS) in 1998. She maintained her spirit alive throughout. She has worked in a variety of industries, including commercial operations, information technology, and vigilance. Depending on when she assumes leadership, Jaya Verma Sinha's appointment will start on or after September 1, 2023. With an extended re-employment tenure from October 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024, she will hold onto this distinguished position until she retires.
