The journey of Tulsi village from an ordinary rural settlement to a 'YouTube Village' can be attributed to the vision and efforts of two local residents, Jay Verma and Gyanendra Shukla. Jay, a 31-year-old teacher-turned-YouTuber with a passion for visual art and dreams of making films, teamed up with Gyanendra, a skilled network engineer. Together, they embarked on their YouTube journey in 2016, leveraging the platform's low entry barriers and their combined creative and technical skills.
