It feels like the future will be in good hands when children take a step ahead and do something phenomenal and we got a little more assured when the name, Darius Brown came into the picture. The little one is just 12-years-old and he is already the CEO of a company called Beaux and Paws which creates dapper handmade bows for shelter animals.
The bows are made to make them look stylish and cuter so that they get adopted and find a forever loving home.
Darius received a lot of appreciation by people for his laudable movement. And even the former United States President, Barack Obama sent him a letter of recognition. He has been garnering a deluge of support from people as they donate him fabrics for the bows.
The little guy was diagnosed with speech, comprehension and fine motor skills delay when he was just 2. But working on his initiative has helped him improve. While talking about the same with InsideEdition.com, his sister Dazhai said: “I’ve seen a lot of changes in his maturity from when Darius was younger until now,” Dazhai told InsideEdition.com. “He’s a lot more empathetic in bringing awareness to adoption. Before, I think it just upset him more. His comprehension, his fine motor skills, they have more development to make. But we’re making progress. And it’s slow and steady, but we’re getting there.”
Darius is not only helping the rescue dogs to get adopted but, is also setting an example for other kids. Being compassionate towards animals right from an early age can bring in a lot of positive alterations for the muted souls.
