"Dream, Dream, Dream! Conduct these dreams into thoughts, and then transform them into action."

Life is not always about good surprises. Everything loses its meaning when the difficult times come into the picture but bouncing back seems easy when someone tells you that you are capable of surpassing the phase. And 24-year-old Adishi Gupta brings a smile to gloomy faces through her hand-written letters.
Adishi who is the co-founder of Mental Health Talks India has recently started Letters of Kindness. There are many people in this world who feel that there’s nobody to lift them up during the darkest phase of their life. But Adishi lets such people send themselves letters which can leave them with a jovial face.
Until now she has sent 33 hand-written letters and also emails to people from all over the country. She writes on a yellow paper and each letter costs Rs 150. However, she gives them for free to those who don’t have the money to purchase the letters. As reported by The Hindu.
While talking about how her initiative works Adishi told the portal: “You can either have me send the letter to someone else on your behalf, or get a letter for yourself. Most of them choose to send a letter to themselves.”
It feels dejected when someone questions our abilities but a few kind words can always make the situation better. We are proud of Adishi for coming up with such a great initiative. Hope that she reaches out to more people through her letters of kindness.
