"Dream, Dream, Dream! Conduct these dreams into thoughts, and then transform them into action."

Try running for an hour in place. We will never go somewhere and will be completely weary. The same is true when we try to avoid our difficulties. We flee, hoping to leave them behind, but we get nowhere and they stick with us.It is often easy to ignore a predicament or a challenging situatuin. Perhaps it is because we are afraid of confrontation or are concerned about the outcome. Or maybe we don't feel prepared or capable of dealing with the matter. Perhaps we lack confidence in our ability to handle our difficulties correctly. In any case, it is a protective system that provides us with momentary relief
. A problem will never be solved if we do not confront it. It's always there. Perhaps we can shove it to the back of our brains, where it may remain for some time. The same is true when we choose to disregard our concerns. They begin to exhibit themselves in our lives in various ways. We get a bad temper. We criticize people for no reason. We blame people for our issues. We have a bad attitude.
We live in the present, constantly looking over our shoulders, fearful that a problem will appear. While it may feel overwhelming (and it does! ), understand that this is the universe's way of forcing us to confront the issue once and for all. By dealing with it, we make room in our lives for something greater.
What can you do instead of running away from your problems?
1. Determine the true nature of the problem. Dig deep and figure out what we are running from. Things aren't always what they appear to be. Define it and analyze how it is affecting our lives. How does not tackling the issue front-on benefit us? What fears does this problem instill in us? What would be our ideal solution and outcome?
2. Make the problem an ally. Recognize that the roadblock is frequently the path. Whatever challenge we are now dealing with is preparing us for something bigger. And maybe this problem isn't happening to us, but it is. The universe has an unusual way of capturing our attention. Maybe it's a test to see if we are serious about your goals. Perhaps the universe has placed this issue in our ways for a reason, such as something we need to learn. Perhaps the issue exists to slow things down so we can realize what is important to us.
3. Come up with solutions to the problem. Make a list of solutions to the situation. Consider everything we can do within our power to remedy the problem. We may only have control over our reaction, so concentrate on that.
Remember that running away from our difficulties is a losing race. We were created to overcome and grow in the face of adversity. We have what it takes within ourselves to not only survive but also grow by overcoming difficulties and challenges.
