Nine-year-old Indian-American Preesha Chakraborty was listed among the "world's brightest" pupils by the renowned Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. Warm Spring Elementary School in Fremont, California is where Preesha goes to school. This is based on the results of examinations beyond the grade level that over 16,000 students from 90 countries took.

• While in Grade 3, she took the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (JH-CTY) exam in the summer of 2023. Preesha was added to the list after more than 16,000 children's above-grade-level exam results from more than 90 nations were assessed. Her exceptional performance on the CTY Talent Search, the school and college Ability Test, the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), the American college Testing (ACT), or equivalent tests earned her praise. Less than thirty percent of students are qualified for High Honors or Grand Honors/SET each year based on their test scores.
• She achieved perfect scores in both the verbal and quantitative sections of the exam, matching the 99th percentile of advanced Grade 5 performance, and was awarded the Grand Honors. Because of her achievement, Preesha is eligible to take part in more than 250 advanced online and on-campus Johns Hopkins CTY programs for kids in grades 2 through 12 in computer programming, mathematics, chemistry, physics, reading, and writing.

Preesha : An Expectional Star~

Preesha has been a lifelong member of the oldest high-IQ society in the world, Mensa Foundation, which is well known. To participate, one must score in the 98th percentile on a standardized, monitored IQ test or similar approved intellectual evaluation. She achieved this at the age of six by scoring in the 99th percentile on the national NNAT (Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test), which assesses students in grades K–12 for gifted and talented programs. Outside of school, Preesha enjoys hiking, traveling, and mixed martial arts. Preesha's parents claim that their daughter has always had a great desire to learn and shown exceptional academic skills.
