The creation of a positive mental health culture in classrooms, where the knowledge for preserving the environment is ingrained in the young blood, may depend on applications of empathy and artificial intelligence. Social and economic progress must be made without limiting alternatives for the use of natural resources by future generations. We must protect and maintain a close eye on our environment both individually and collectively. We must maintain a clean environment and be aware of any actions or activities that could harm the ecosystem God has given us. There might not be any economic growth if we harm the environment. The luxury of living a nice, healthy lifestyle may present greater difficulties in the future if we don't connect the dots between our food and health and the health of the planet. The fundamental question is how to ensure a long-term healthy lifestyle by understanding how elements are connected to the environment and looking beyond biology, beliefs, behavior, heredity, and the inner workings of the body.
Mukesh Bansal in Hacking Health talks about the relationship between the body and the elements of earth , advocating smart choices such as nutrition, fitness, sleep, immunity and weight management .
Its Important at an alarming rate:
Creation of sustainable Proportion of food for the upcoming generations: A "sustainable diet" can be defined in a wide variety of sophisticated ways. It includes the complete food supply chain and considers affordability, culture, the environment, and health. Future food systems must supply a population that is expanding quickly with foods that are not only economical and nutrient-dense but also regenerative in terms of their effects on land, water, and energy resources. Such changes can be brought about by modifying the food supply and raising consumer demand for nutritious foods.
In the upcoming years, the world's food systems will face tremendous difficulties. They will need to provide for the growing population's nutritional requirements as well as the rising need for protein intake. The need to improve farming livelihoods is set against a background of escalating environmental issues (water resources, climate change, soil health). To guarantee that future generations have access to wholesome and sustainable meals, cooperation from a range of stakeholders is required.
