"Dream, Dream, Dream! Conduct these dreams into thoughts, and then transform them into action."

I had been to a wedding with my family. I was keen on meeting my friend's mother because I had reverence for her through the various stories my friend had told about her. Since the hosts were busy, I asked someone about her and I was directed to a lady. When I went up to her and introduced myself she was so delighted that my warm hug was reciprocated by a tighter one. I spoke to her and she was full of emotions and smiles. She told me about herself and introduced her relatives to me. It was a nice feeling to meet everyone in person and I realised that my friend was very much like all of them, simple and sweet at heart. We spoke like we knew each other for ages. I touched her feet, kissed her and she was cuddly in return. She left me happy and healed by love.
I love old people for the aura they exude and the wisdom and pure love they share, they need someone to talk to and feel wanted....I take it as a prerogative, when I visit my friends, to spend time with their parents and come back with warmth and love that heals me and makes me happy.
Some day we will be there, teach gen next these small gestures to go up to the elderly and talk to them. Well said by someone, "The best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person..."
