Although it seems natural to love oneself, most of us struggle with it. Starting a self-love practice certainly feels very impossible if you find it difficult to quiet your inner critic or if you are frequently overcome with self-criticism. But it's worthwhile to pursue.
Accept who you are.
It takes time to develop self-love, that much is certain. It is customary. Thankfully, you can develop the traits that will lead to long-lasting self-love by following a few easy actions and techniques. The connection you have with yourself determines how you handle all facets of life, including your relationships with others, how you overcome obstacles, and how you rejoice in the small things in life. This is why it's so vital to love yourself. Being gentle and compassionate with yourself makes it easier for you to deal with the highs and lows of life.
Everything will change when someone decides "I'm enough."
In life, it's critical to develop and preserve your sense of value and worth. It's necessary for giving and receiving love alike. It acts as a doorway to self-love, respect, and compassion. And the first step is to be happy with who we are at this moment. Thus, start with the belief that "I am enough." Until your mind starts to believe in you, keep reminding yourself of this. To put it simply, constantly remind yourself that you are enough, no matter what is going on in your life, in order to set yourself up for success and high self-esteem. "I'm enough" is a straightforward yet powerful phrase that will boost your self-esteem.
Remind yourself that it's about your rate of recovery rather than how many times you fall when you find yourself back in a sad place!
