The power of Kindness is indeed beautifully crafted in human nature if actions are done at the right time. In his act of kindness, Himanshu Nagpal demonstrated how to assist others by reuniting more than 700 youngsters with their families who were street beggars in Varanasi. He discovered after questioning one of the kids that several of them had become orphans and were now begging on the streets.
#Mission Muskaan
Himanshu launched Mission Muskaan to reconnect the kids with their parents. He formed 12 teams of 60 officers from departments such as child development, social welfare, police, etc., and gave them the task of locating minors begging close to train stations, bus stops, ghats, under flyovers, temples, and hotels, among other locations. 730 kids have been reunited with their families thus far. While riding the train, some kids lost contact with their loved ones, while others boarded the wrong train and ended up here.
We encounter opportunities to exercise kindness nearly every day, as well as its counterparts such as impatience, selfishness, greed, and intolerance. Kindness will survive forever as long as there are people to maintain it. I genuinely believe that kindness is always dormant, waiting to be awoken!
