The annual carnival is set to take place from February 18-21 in four major locations in Goa – Panjim, Mapusa, Margao and Vasco. The Goa Carnival is a cultural extravaganza that showcases the different aspects of Goan culture through colourful processions, floats, performances, masquerade balls, and local delicacies.
